Our Nashville, Indiana Location (Please click to enlarge the map) Artists Colony Inn is located in the heart of Nashville, Brown County, Indiana at the corner of Van Buren & Franklin Streets within walking distance of the all shops, galleries, Brown County Playhouse and Brown County Live.

Since the early 1900’s, Nashville and Brown County has flourished as an Art Colony. The artists were inspired by Brown County’s majestic hills, valleys, and streams with its log cabins, split rail fences, vibrant flower gardens, and the country folk. Most came down Meridian Street from Indianapolis (St. Road 135). Today visitors come from the east and Interstate 65 (Columbus) on St. Road 46. They come through Bloomington, Indiana on St. Road 46 from the west. They come up from the South on St. Rd. 135. Little Nashville Indiana is the intersection of 46 & 135. For a couple of miles, they are the same road. There are only 3 stoplights in Brown County. It's pretty easy to find us! We are between stoplight # 1 and stoplight #2. Our Sitemap
